| Description: The Pelco SC-7 is a sputtercoater unit designed to deposit a continuous conductive metal film on the top surface of the samples. The fixed stage can accommodate up to 12 SEM stubs. The target can be replaced with various 60mm metal (or carbon) discs. A gold target can be provided for a minimal fee. The working distance and the deposition time are adjustable.
