Description: The AKTA pure 25 M1 High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instrument is equipped with a Fraction Collector F9-C. This instrument is reserved for size-exclusion chromatography prior to grid preparation for electron microscopy. The instrument is stored in a 4°C fridge.
