| Description: The MSSR is a core facility open to all research labs on campus, academia and industry. The services provided include the use of high throughput screening (HTS) technology for drug discovery, chemical genomics and functional genomics. A total of 75,000+ compounds in various libraries, about 150,000 samples of siRNA's (druggable genome for mouse and human), a genome wide human shRNA and an arrayed cDNA overexpression library are available. One screen is defined as one run through our compound collection or one of our functional genomics libraries. The rate charged includes assay optimization, configuration for HTS and execution of the screen. Consumables are not included. A first consultation is free of charge. |
