| Description: The Perkin Elmer workstation is a microplate reader capable of performing optical density (OD), Fluorescence, Time-Resolved Fluorescence, Fluorescence Polarization or luminescence analysis with 96, 384 and 1536-well plates. This plate reader must be configured an customized for a user's assay before it can be utilized. Additionally, if a user wishes to read non-MSSR approved plates, a new plate definition must be created in advance. Please contact the MSSR for more information about hardware customization. |
